Reflect on this Quranic verse:
“It is He who created the night and the day, the sun and the moon, each floating in an orbit.” (Quran 21:33).
How could the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) have known that the sun has its own orbit around the center of our galaxy — something invisible to the human eye? He had no formal training in science or philosophy, no telescopes, no satellites, no internet. Such knowledge could only come from divine revelation.
Embryology: A Miracle in the Womb
The Quran perfectly describes the unseen process of human embryonic development:
“We created the embryo as a clinging clot, then developed it into a lump, then made bones and clothed the bones with flesh.” (Quran 23:14)
This intricate detail cannot be observed without medical equipment. He had no access to MRI machines, ultrasounds, or even a biology degree. Yet he conveyed the formation so precisely that modern science confirmed it 1,300 years later. One guess? Perhaps a Coincidence. But dozens?

“Or ˹their deeds are˺ like the darkness in a deep sea, covered by waves upon waves,topped by ˹dark˺ clouds. Darkness upon darkness! If one stretches out their hand, they can hardly see it….” (Quran 24:40)
How could a man without advanced technology describe internal waves in the deep ocean, a phenomena which remained undiscovered until modern submersibles?
Mountains: Earth’s Stabilizing “Pegs”
The Quran calls mountains as “pegs” anchoring the crust of the earth like stakes:
“Have We not made the earth a resting place, and the mountains as pegs?” (Quran 78:6-7)
Modern geology confirms mountains have deep roots which plunge miles underground, stabilizing Earth’s tectonic plates. Without modern geological tools, how could the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) have known this?
The Roman Prophecy: Defying History & All Odds
When Rome was defeated by Persia, the Quran foretold an astonishing reversal:
“The Romans will be defeated… Yet following their defeat, they will triumph within 3 to 9 years… “ (Quran 30:2-4)
At the time, what was happening? Rome was destroyed, having lost major cities, and in everyone’s mind, their fall was permanent. Yet the prophecy came true and Rome triumphed exactly as predicted within this timeframe. Could this precise geopolitical prediction be anything other than divine revelation?
Miracles Witnessed by Thousands
The Quran itself is the greatest miracle, perfectly preserved and memorized by millions, transcending languages and generations.
